 Every Tenant is Vetted and Credit Checked Each interested tenant must have a guarantor who is in fulltime employment. Both the tenant and guarantor are individually vetted and credit checked. Property People then feedback to the landlord of all interested tenants. We arrange signing of the lease and guarantors agreement. |
