Our customers can access our Property management software 24/7 to view on line Property inspection reports, financial reports (including end of year reports), repair issues, tenant details, view meter readings and any other issues surrounding the ongoing management of their property. This state of the art management system also keeps saftey certificates, photographs, property condition reports and contracts all online. The level of transparancy allows the customer to keep up to date on all issues relating to thier investment.
We recognise that communication is the corner stone of effective property management. All of our customers receive monthy statmets detailing rent collected, fees charged, expenses (if any) and the balance transferred. We are one of the few agencies that can collect rental monies via direct debit to ensure efficient rent collection. We transfer the rent regularly each month and ensure you are always in the loop.
Property People are quick to respond to any repair/ maintenance issues that may arise during the course of the tenancy. All of our tenants have 24/7 access to our out of hours emergency response number to ensure that a managable repair does not esculate just because it happens at the weekend, bank holiday or after 5:30 pm.
As part of your dedication to the maintenance of the properties we are managing we inspect the properties three times throughout the tenancy. The first of these inspections is after the first month of the tenant taking up occupancy to ensure that there are no teething problems and of there are thay can be sorted out quickly. All of our inspection reports are available to the customer as they are published on line.
All tenants are given a tenants handbook detailing the terms and conditions of the lease and FAQ's of renting one of our managed properties to ensure that everyone is clear about improtant issues surrounding the tenancy.
